Accommodation has been secured at the Symposium venue, Hotel Grand Chancellor, at a special symposium rate. The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as part of your registration.

Bookings can be made at the time of registration when registration opens in 2023.

Extra persons staying over the twin or double arrangement incur a $35 per person per night charge. Children under 15 years of age, sharing with an adult and utilising existing bedding are free of charge. Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.

Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival incur no penalty.

Accommodation bookings cancelled less than 30 days and more than 7 days out from arrival incur a cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation, unless we are able to resell the room to another attendee.

Cancellation of room nights within 7 days will incur the full accommodation amount.
